Once you start to realize the job of doctors, educators (teachers and those Planning the Curriculum), counselors and ministers as well as parents and caring adults (or anyone a little wiser even it younger) are Not Mandated to Prevent Harm or Promote Health, then a lot of misery makes more sense.

On Facebook, I just learned that the new market in the former Grand Union shopping center will be opening shortly under new direction. Skip Trotta owns the building and used to run Trotta's in Sharon CT which is owned by someone else. That family, The Donovans, selected the current managers of The Sharon Farm Market to run the Sharon Store about five years ago (or more). The father of the family running that upscale grocery store will be running the new Millerton store. His son will oversee the Sharon Store

It's one thing to think spring and gardening (and the regreening of plan-it heart/ earth) but another to have a bunch of amazing people think to hold a Free Event at a lovely location where folks can literally walk to it (love that about the city...) Such is the case on March 11, 2017 at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. I am relaying that much off a newsletter I got from a Community Garden I am lucky to be part of (for only $25 a season).

I should be helping host open public hours on the weekend and hopefully will do more than have fun when I can there, even without having a garden plot or
