Dear Neighbor,
 

Starting today, June 1 at 9:00 AM EST, New York tenants, or landlords on their tenant’s behalf, can begin applying for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

Tonight, June 1 at 7:15 PM, I will be hosting a Facebook town hall meeting on the program. I will be joined by representatives from the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance and Legal Aid NYC to answer your questions. Please join me by visiting: Facebook.Com/RepJeffries
 

Approved applicants can receive:

  • Up to 12 months of rental arrears payments for rents accrued on or after

Thankfully I decided to get the Republican American newspaper in CT which covers the happenings in the NW Corner of CT and a bit farther afield. I also read about things in a Timely Fashion so I have a chance on Not Missing Out On Cool Opportune Chances! (#NoMooCOW). Fast forward to learning about FuseTheatreCT.org which has an Online Production of a Shakespearean play which one young teen I watched it with enjoyed as did I.

It's still up for a few days so Don't Miss Out and Give a Shout to the Teens and others who created this fanstastic way to Zoom Into the Realm of the plot of lovers

The Democratic primary elections are right around the corner and it's time to get ready to VOTE.
 
Don't forget that in order to vote, you must be a registered Democrat. Tomorrow, May 28, is the New York voter registration deadline. Early voting starts on June 12, and absentee ballots are already going out.
