See online Linda Moulton Howe..."Think of the earth's relationship to all the other places (geopolitical governments have been using the earth as laboratory...) We may be a part of something Much, Much bigger (Ebans--maybe liars who can manipulate time and others...) Check out Steven Greer's info and Disclosure also as I've shared on earlier posts.

From a talk with Linda Moulton Howe's interview with MUFON, we humans on earth may be in the mix of others toying with our planet, time and our DNA and many other aspects of nature (other animals and who knows what else?) The overall theory one person is suggesting that we get to be primarily self-determining unless we are more doomed as hosts for the interests of 'others'. "The truth is deep and shocking..." and many aspects of these possibilities could throw more people into turmoil. In a book called My Big Theory Of Everything (TOE) the theory is that this life experience is a computer-simulated experience.

If sparks of the divine field wanted to experience interactions and see what would happen and how many 'souls or sparks of the divine' would choose to go back to the divine field. Linda Moulton Howe suggests there are forces to create a police-state world (military based, martial law...) and this is one option. The other option is more about homo sapien sapiens could explore more along the height of our evolution on many levels and in many directions (such as into outer space.) Linda M Howe describes herself as a 'truth hunter' I typed that as a truth hunger..so likely that too, the motivation for the hunt along with curiousity.
