How's A Safe Driving Tune for June Starters? Walk Around Your Car Before and After You Use It, Get Centered and Double Check Your Plans (keys, phone, directions, basics)

I've blogged about driving issues in other posts on www.livfully.org. but here's a few more thoughts from a FB post regarding Rethinking the Signage of the Goshen Circle in CT. Google for the latest but it's a set of 'lollipop signs' to direct cars to travel in a counter clockwise direction at a 4-way intersection which can get busy at times. Regarding the Goshen circle ideally people could all work to approach the circle from a mile in each direction with much more care.

Signage Warning about schools ahead, circle and so on would be helpful.

Hello Everyone as Memorial Day arrives...I just came from a nice event at the Audubon with a hundred or more folks seeing an owl released after a nice reception under the tent (catered by Freund's and with wine donated by a Kent store..5th yr in a row, but I don't drink...maybe eat a bit more than I should.) It was nice to be back on the property and consider the many good years there...the new director is nice and very skilled many say, Elizabeth Fielding, PhD.

She gave a brief talk about the importance of caring for the natural habitats of migratory birds up and down the Eastern Coast

To Start on a Promising Note and One of Respect for All who've served in the armed services and 'paid the ultimate sacrifice of dying in battle or from their wounds', I am lighting a symbolic candle. I find it helpful to remember loved ones who have crossed over at this time collectively as well. Each soul braving their life faces challenges no one can really know. I would add that many hometown heroes may also have had only moments to decide whether to save another at great risk or actual loss of their own precious life.

That happened to be the way our teen son Kaelan Alexander Palmer Paton

From Nancy Pelosi at Mount Holyoke to Online Shift Network Talk on Ayurvedic (and lots in between)

Of course the real highlight of the Mount Holyoke Graduation was celebrating with The Class of 2018! Yet having the experience for a couple of hours of being a hUge field house filled with People happily sitting in (and sometimes cheering from ) thousands of white plastic chairs.

We heard from the new Mount Holyoke President Sonya Stephens, recipients of honorary degrees who really wanted to Do Something to improve the world of education (teaching teachers) and reforming agencies was very moving, as was hearing from the renaissance woman and mother of five (within 6 years) who 'got a life'
