I'm listening to Brian Weiss as part of a set of four free talks before the May 7th, 2016 twenty day summit begins with Hayhouse. How exciting even though Brian Weiss and John Holland are talking about 'meditation or mindfulness'...not thinking or worrying just allowing the mind to get quiet maybe by taking a walk (or exercising in a zone, which one almost 70 year old woman said was the case for her on the treadmill which she does a few times a week, with consults with her doctor. That would be a guideline for anyone to check with their doctor before exercising ro making big changes. Remember some exercise such as gentle yoga for 35 minutes may have good health benefits to lower stress whereas more and faster is not necessarily better. Some say a few minutes of exercise and then recovery time can be helpful.

Some of these ideas I am summarizing from an array of talks including inspiring ones from Jennifer McLean who ran a few months of Healing with the Masters online. She has a new book out called Sponatneous Transformation which she gave away for the cost of shipping of 10 bucks. She also offered many free lengthy calls with many insightful people such as Doreen Virtue (who has many products for sale), Jarrad Hewat (who also has some great CDs or MP3s to download which may help with healing on many levels and empowerment. It's hard to choose sometimes, but trying a little at a time especially with free offers. Dr. Weiss is again recapping the stress that often leads to health conditions so is promoting reducing stress and relaxing physically, then psychologically and emotionally to not be prone to fear, tension, anxiety, worry and negative news or drama in the world or life.

Other people will be more positive about interacting with someone who is calm and feeling better. (Of course, I do wish a lot of these experts could weigh in on the real life kind of stress and life events that many people seem to have to handle in a vacuum or a room full of terrorists (think of what a protective mom faces when trying to protect her kids legally and instead go down a stairwell to hell and only get negative feedback from those she is seeking help from. Maybe some make some progress but overall the System is Broken and her Calls are Silenced or Used Against Her in Maniacal but "Legal' ways even if not ethical. But back to the positive ideas that can help one with recovering from trauma (this life or past lives).

Focus on breathing for a few counts in and out, maybe hold it for a few counts too, relax muscles and think calmly. Someone's instructive voice such as the CDs he has made offer can be helpful to learn to relax. Okay, back to the talk and Enjoy May and every month. Try getting to bed before 9:30pm (even 8:30 okay if you have that luxury to stay in sync with circadian rhythms) and sleep til 7am if possible. Then wake up gently and take a few minutes to meditate for a fresh start and 'clean slate' for each day. Work in your spiritual ideas and gratitude.. Telling yourself "I Love You, Be Happy" a few times a day or more, maybe on the even hours of the day, is a tip from David Adelson and others who propose some positive reprogramming and reminder to be positive. Thanks for all everyone is doing and trying..one day at a time...
