No sign of change there,so more women need to Plan to safeguard their kids much earlier on...That means don't rush legal marriage or having kids with a dicey dude.. and realize it's not easy to tell a safe,sane guy from one who is not. 

Many are duped,much like people not seeing problems with leaders or the system. Okay,back to the regular scheduled bombing,I mean programming..

There is A great deal everyone could consider and help craft new educational,legal and practical outreach about to help people have the children they would like and keep track of kids and teens.

These measures may include really networking do everyone feels included and supported at whatever age and stage of life they are in,with attention to various gender issues. Safety is everyone's concern and all need some basic training in safety planning for living, socializing,making decisions and trying out options with support. A few agencies cannot do the job that is Huge (as Bernie would say.)
